Learn the Pistol Squat
Hello Folks,
I decided to put together a video tutorial for one of my favourite exercises; the Pistol Squat. The Pistol squat is not only an excellent exercise for building total leg strength & stability, it also develops your core & hip flexors.
This exercise is especially important for anyone who needs alot explosive single leg strength or stability. If you are into parkour, yoga, obstacle course racing or simply don’t have access to a barbell; this exercise is a must!
I love the pistol squat, it’s my go to leg exercise for travel or when I just want to mix things up in my training. I hope you find this tutorial helpful in your journey to the Pistol Squat.
